How Our Users Use Websites
ImpliedHotels is a resort chain with unique properties tailored to create a particular experience and atmosphere in each location. Because each property is unlike the other and tailored to specific tastes, the user heavily depended on demonstrating the property to clients.
Even with quarantine restrictions getting lenient, conducting daily live tours wasn’t feasible. As a workaround, ImpliedHotels decided to create a virtual tour using a gallery of photographs to guide would-be visitors through the property.
Solution
They have faced a problem, however. They had to either share files on Google Drive or other cloud storage to both host and show images to clients. Not only such an approach wasn’t visually appealing but it also caused problems whenever the user wanted to change or update existing photos.

I absolutely love how adding comments to photos or videos or adding comments to videos is time-stamped. And then you can also set time codes in a comment too. That's been hugely helpful for me as a video editor.
